For every Item under maintenance, in the popup screen for adding & editing you will find the
Publish toggle control.
Blue indicates PUBLISHED - meaning that the record is current and available
Gray indicates UN PUBLISHED - meaning that the record is soft deleted and not available.You can change the Publish Status anytime.
