Printing a Single Product Label
- Navigate to
Maintenancefrom the main menu
- Select
Productsfrom the Maintenance menu
- Click on the product you want to print a label for
- The selected product will be highlighted in blue
- Click the print 🖨️ button to generate the label
Printing Multiple Product Labels
SpexMan offers two convenient methods for selecting and printing multiple product labels at once:
Method 1: Select Individual Products
Use this method when you want to print labels for specific products that aren't in sequence:
- Click on the first product you want to print
- Hold down the
Ctrl
- While holding Ctrl, click each additional product you want to include
- All selected products will be highlighted in blue
- Click the print button to generate labels for all selected products
Method 2: Select a Range of Products
Use this method when you want to print labels for a consecutive group of products or all products in the list:
- Click on the first product in the range you want to print
- Hold down the
Shift
- Click on the last product in the range
- All products between your first and last selection will be highlighted in blue
- Click the print🖨️ button to generate labels for the entire range
