SpexMan integrates with VisionWeb so you can send Rx orders directly to your lab of choice. After checkout, you can submit orders with just a few clicks—no more double entry.
Get a VisionWeb Account
If you don’t already have one, go to visionweb.com and register.
You’ll need:
- Your VisionWeb username & password
- Each lab has a unique
VisionWeb Supplier ID
Add a New Lab Connection
For each lab you want to send orders to:
- Go to
Maintenance → Edicredentials
- Click
Add New
VisionWeb Lab Setup Fields
Plugin Type→ VisionWeb
Lab→ Select your lab- If your lab isn’t listed, first add it in
Maintenance → Vendors
Name→ (Optional) Internal label to identify this lab setup
Code→ Leave blank
Description→ (Optional) Additional notes for your own reference
User Name→ Your VisionWeb username
Password→ Your VisionWeb password
Shipping Account→ Your lab account #
Billing Account→ Your billing account # (often the same as Shipping)
Supplier→ Select your supplier from the list- Can’t find your supplier? Contact us and we’ll help you set it up
After completing this step, you are ready to submit orders using single send or batching.
