How to Send Orders to a Lab via VisionWeb
Sending orders to your lab through VisionWeb in SpexMan is quick and simple. You can send orders directly from the patient’s order screen or from the Lab Production tab.
From the Customer’s Order Screen
- Complete checkout for the customer’s order.
- After checkout, go to the customer’s order screen and click the
Lab Ordertab on the far right of the middle section:
- Check the box next to each job you want to send to the lab. You can select multiple jobs if they go to the same lab.
- Choose your lab from the drop-down menu.
- Click
Send Orders to Labto send the orders.
A green confirmation banner indicates success. A red error banner means there’s a problem, such as a lens not mapped to VisionWeb or missing information like frame box measurements. Email [email protected] with a screenshot if you see this message for guidance on fixing.
Batch Submit Orders to Lab
- Go to the Lab Production tab and select the Send Orders to Lab subtab:
Lab Production > Send Orders to Lab- Check the orders you want to send. Multiple orders can be selected.
- Choose your lab from the drop-down menu:
