If you need to charge for drill-mounted lenses, you can easily create a custom add-on.
Steps to Add a Drill Mount Fee
- Go to Maintenance → Add-ons.
- Click Add New
- Enter a name you’ll recognize, such as “Drill Mount” or “Drilling.”
- For Service Type, select Edging (recommended).
- Save your new add-on.
Pricing
When entering the Retail Price, be sure to enter half of the total fee since the system applies add-on charges per lens.
- Example: If you want to charge $40 total, enter $20 as the retail price.
How It Works
Once created, the Drill Mount add-on will automatically appear as an option during checkout. Simply select it when applicable, and the fee will be added to the customer’s order.
