On the order page for an eyeglasses order, you can duplicate the same pair of eyeglasses, including the lenses and frame, by clicking the Copy button. This gives you three options:
- Duplicate order same as is: builds the same order verbatim, frame and lens.
- Duplicate order with Rx change: duplicates the frame and lenses, then lets you change the Rx.
- Duplicate Order with Lens Customization: duplicates the frame and lenses, then lets you change lens specifications, such as designs, tint color, adding AR, etc.
This is a quick way for a customer to reorder the same pair of eyeglasses or make subtle changes. This is not considered a remake; it is considered a brand new sale.
