Tracking Late Optical Orders

The Late Orders view gives you a quick way to see which jobs are falling behind and need follow-up.

Keeping track of late optical orders is key to keeping patients happy and informed.

Step 1: Go to Late Orders

From the left menu bar, select Orders, then click the Late Orders button.

Step 2: Filter Your Late Orders

You can filter by clicking one of three buttons:
  1. Overdue Orders – shows orders that are past their due date.
  1. Due Today – shows orders expected to be completed today.
  1. Due Within Two Days – shows orders that are approaching their due date.

Step 3: Review the Details

Each order is color-coded based on how late it is.
In the Days column, you’ll see the exact number of days late to help you prioritize which ones need the most attention.

Why Use the Late Orders View

This view helps you quickly identify which customers’ orders you need to follow up on. It’s especially useful when jobs are delayed at the lab or stuck in transit, so opticians can take timely action to keep everything moving smoothly.
