When dispensing, you have two options:
- Dispense an entire order
- Enter the Order Number to declare that all jobs within that order (for example, two pairs of eyeglasses) are dispensed together.
- This is useful when the customer is picking up their full order at one time.

- Dispense a single job
- Enter the Job Number to mark only one job (e.g., one pair of eyeglasses) as dispensed.
- This is useful if the customer prefers to pick up one pair at a time as each becomes ready.

Example Scenario
- A customer orders two pairs of eyeglasses in one order.
- Pair #1 is ready first, but Pair #2 is still in production.
- The customer comes in to pick up Pair #1.
- You enter the Job Number for Pair #1 and mark only that job as Dispensed.
- A week later, Pair #2 is ready.
- You enter the Job Number for Pair #2 and mark it as Dispensed.
- If the customer had waited until both pairs were ready, you could have simply entered the Order Number and dispensed the entire order at once.
