When you’re managing 1,000+ frames across multiple collections, it’s easy for labels to get mixed up. Printing everything at once can create a real headache. 👉 The best practice is to print one collection at a time so labels stay organized.
How to Bulk Print Frame Labels by Collection
- Group by Collection – Drag the
FCOLLcolumn header to the top data grid bar. This will group your frames by collection and show the number of frames in each.
- Expand a Collection – Click the caret arrow (▸) next to a collection name. This will open the list of frames in that collection.
- Select Frames – Use the checkboxes to select all frames (or just specific ones) you want to print.
- Print Labels – Go to the top of the page and click the printer icon 🖨️. SpexMan will instantly generate all frame labels for the selected frames.
Pro Tip: Repeat the process collection by collection. This ensures labels stay grouped properly and avoids confusion when working with large frame inventories.
