- Locate the Patient Own Frame Product
- Go to
Maintenance>Products - In the product list, look for the Product ID:
1 - Product Name:
Frame - Product Description:

- Edit the Frame Fee
- Click the ✏️ Edit (pencil icon) next to the Frame product.
- Set Your Desired Retail Fee
- In the Retail Fee field, enter the amount you'd like to charge for a patient-owned frame.
- For example:
25.00will apply a $25 charge at checkout.
- Set to $0 if No Fee Is Needed
- If your office does not charge for patient-owned frames, leave the Retail Fee as
0.00.
- Save Your Changes
- Click Save to apply the new fee.
The system will automatically apply this fee at checkout when a patient brings in their own frame. No manual entry needed—just set it once and it works behind the scenes.
