Go to the Customer’s Order
- From the left-hand menu, click on
Customers.
- On the customer’s profile, use the navigation bar to select either:
Accountscreen orLab Ordersscreen
- Find the specific order you want to delete.

- Click the
DeleteButton - You'll see a confirmation popup appear.

- Enter a Reason
- Type your reason for deleting the order.
- 📝 This is important for future reference and accountability.
- Confirm Deletion
- ⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone.
- Done!
- The order will now show as deleted.
- ✅ The associated payment will also be deleted automatically.
🔍 Verify the Deletion
- Go to the Customer’s Account screen.
- You’ll notice the order number has been removed from their list.
